The requirements for activation
- Activations are for commercial projects that we own or work on for clients. Resale is banned and goes against our usage policy.
- All inquiries are reviewed in chronological order and take between 1 and 48 hours. Please be patient as they are carefully processed by our team.
- We can't activate licences if the site takes too long to load, therefore make sure the server is working and optimised.
- Backup your sites before seeking activations to guarantee more security in the event of difficulties with certain plugins (for example, Hide My WP).
How to request the activation
If you purchase one of our WordPress themes or plugins under the Extended Licence (GNU), this item will require manual activation to enable adequate management and tracking of user activations. Please keep in mind that we have a professional staff with stringent privacy standards in place to provide a speedy, secure, and simple experience.
- You must enable us access to your WordPress admin dashboard, but first ensure that you have changed your current admin login password to a temporary one. That is because we value our clients' privacy.
- You must give your WordPress admin login credentials, admin URL, username or email, and your new temporary password in the request.
- Begin by filing a ticket with the subject "Activate GNU Licence" followed by the category "Activation Request" and your request specifics in the description section. Attaching files is optional, and you can request several activation requests.
- Submit your ticket and wait for the activation staff to begin processing it.
Important: Please only request activations using our ticket system and choose "Activation Request" from the ticket category dropdown menu, as only the activation staff is permitted to handle them. Regardless of the tickets, the support team lacks the required rights and licence access.
We will never request your website's user information, password, or remote access URL by any other methods. Please avoid from disclosing private information.
