To properly complete the return procedure, please submit a refund request in the following manner:
1. Log into your GNU STOCK account.
2. From the top header of the GNU STOCK website, navigate to Support > Create Support Ticket. Alternatively, from the GNU STOCK website footer, select the Create Support Ticket option located under the Support section.
3. Complete the ticket form, including the subject, category (select "Refunds"), item details, and any optional attachments.
After you successfully submitted the refund ticket request, our staff will cancel your GNU STOCK MEMBERSHIP and return the money to your GNU STOCK Credit account.
Your GNU STOCK CREDIT account will hold the returned money if you choose to use it as a payment option for future purchases. If you want a refund on the payment method you used for the item, such as credit/debit cards or InstaPay Egypt, you must open a ticket with the GNU STOCK billing team and request a refund from your GNU STOCK CREDIT account to the payment method you used for the item, such as credit/debit cards or InstaPay Egypt.
We understand these restrictions may raise questions, but they are in place to protect both our customers and our platform. Automatic Renewal
Memberships with recurring billing will renew automatically at the end of each term.
You may manage or cancel your membership renewal from your account settings at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancelling your membership will end access to benefits at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
Acceptable Use Policy
All downloaded assets are licensed for personal or commercial use by the account holder.
Redistribution, reselling, or sublicensing of assets is strictly prohibited.
Misuse or violation of this policy may result in the termination of membership without a refund.
Please keep in mind that GNU STOCK Memberships do not cover all of the Extended Licence (GNU), although they do contain some of them. This is beyond our control; it is mostly the responsibility of the item's author or creator.
Termination of Membership
GNU STOCK reserves the right to terminate memberships in cases of:
