  • The current email address registered to the GNU STOCK account 
  • The name of the last item purchased “If it exists”
  • The transaction ID (InstaPay Egypt or GNU STOCK Credit a recent purchase (here's how to find your transaction ID) “If it exists”
  • If you have paid with a Credit/Debit card, please provide us with the exact payment date and the last 4 digits of the Credit/Debit card that's been used for this purchase “If it exists”.
